• Photos and Camera: We access your device camera and photo library only when you explicitly choose to take or select a photo for cartoon-style transformation. Photos are processed and are not stored on our servers permanently.
• Generated Images: Images generated through the app may be saved to your device gallery with your permission.
• Google Account Information: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your display name, email address, and profile photo. This information is used solely to identify your account within the app and manage your subscription status.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics such as feature usage, generation counts, and app performance metrics to improve our services.

• To process and transform your photos into cartoon-style images
• To save generated images to your device when requested
• To manage your account and subscription status
• To display relevant advertisements to free-tier users
• To improve the quality of our image generation service

3. Advertising

TonyApp uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect and use the following data:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers
• Ad Interaction Data: Information about ads shown and interactions with them
• IP Address: Used for approximate location to serve relevant ads

4. Data Storage and Security

Your photos are uploaded securely for processing and are not retained after the transformation is complete. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission. Generated images and app preferences are stored locally on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (Google Privacy Policy)
• Google Sign-In: For account authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
• AI Image Processing Services: For generating transformed images. Photos are transmitted securely and not retained after processing.

6. Permissions

TonyApp requests the following device permissions:

• Camera: To take photos for transformation
• Photo Library: To select existing photos and save generated images
• Internet: To process images, display ads, and sync account data

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

TonyApp is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
